Shipping Policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at the Richard Verschoor Shop.
Due to COVID-19, we can be experiencing production and shipping delays of 7-14 business days depending on the product. Shipping charges do not include any import tax, duties, or customs and clearance fees on international orders, which may be levied once your shipment reaches your country.
Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Some of our items are produced based on-demand and require 1 – 2 days production time plus your selected shipping method time. These on-demand products are marked on the product description page. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
We offer all shipping rates from Post NL, UPS and DHL. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipment to P.O. boxes
We do not ship to PO boxes.
Shipment confirmation
You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been confirmed and placed. This confirmation will outline your order contents and selected delivery method. You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped.
International Shipping Policy // Customs, Duties and Taxes
We ship internationally! Please note that Richard Verschoor Shop is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Richard Verschoor Shop is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping, however please contact us if your order is lost or damaged by the carrier and we will file a claim for you.
